2.8 Brief about Invention An arrangement for connecting and disconnecting two pipe sections of a fluid transfer system, each composing the end member of a pipeline and being configured as a butterfly valve provided with a disk pivotingly mounted inside the section about a swivel axis between a closing position of the fluid flow crossing section of the section and an opening position of this flow section, with the swivel axes extending perpendicularly to the axis of the pipe and in parallel to each other, characterized in that the swivel axes of the disks are arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of the sections so as to reduce the space defined between the disks in the closing position thereof, in the connected state of the section.

2.10.2  EP0294727 A1 The invention relates to a device for plugging pipelines, having a plug body mounted on a guide pipe, the plug body being designed hydraulically and such that its dimensions are variable.
2.10.3  EP0425627 A1 A device for refrigerating a pipeline conveying a refrigerant comprises a hermetically sealed refrigerant circuit with a condenser and a downstream choke element connected to at least one pair of tongs. The jaws of the tongs, when closed, form a tongs bit in thermal connection with a pipe, and each jaw has a hollow body which functions as an evaporator as well as an inlet and an outlet for the refrigerant. The choke element consists of a thermostatic expansion valve the sensor of which measures the temperature of the refrigerant in the return line leading from the tongs to the condenser
